Our packaging client contracted C2rPDG to develop alternative cap solutions for a rebranding line of Tropicana juice containers. Our challenge was to design and engineer a highly cost effective solution for a high volume injection molded part estimated at almost 1B caps/year while maintaining a brand design intent. Multiple concepts and fully engineered designs were developed and costed along with a series of prototype models to ensure that project goals were met.
